Check your plan and what it allows
For administrators: see how many companies, full users and new contracts your plan allows, what you use, and what happens when a limit is reached.
What your plan sets
This article is for administrators. In the default roles, the Tenant administrator sees the plan.
Your organisation’s plan sets how many of these it may have:
- Companies: your group companies, under Companies.
- Full users: people who draft, review, approve or administer, whether invited or active.
- New contracts in the last 12 months: requests and contracts started in FairPro.
It also gives an allowance of contract files and of FairPro AI each month. Signing is never limited.
See what you use
Open Licence use. Each line shows what you use, the limit, and Limit reached or Nearly full when it applies. A limit marked Agreed for your organisation was set for you instead of the plan’s.
Who is a full user
Requesters and viewers are free. Someone is a full user when any of their roles can do more than ask for contracts and look at them, for example draft, approve or change settings. The default Requester and Viewer roles are free; every other default role makes its holder a full user.
To free a seat, deactivate the person under People, or take away the role that makes them a full user.
What counts as a new contract
Every request and contract started in FairPro counts for 12 months after it starts, including amendments and renewals. Signed contracts you add as existing records, one at a time or by importing many, do not count.
When a limit is reached
FairPro tells the person who tried, for example “Your plan allows 5 companies. Contact FairPro to add more.” Nothing is added and nothing you already have is taken away. Signed copies from DocuSign are always filed.
The FairPro AI allowance works the same way: when the month’s allowance is used, AI through FairPro’s account stops until the next month. Calls through your organisation’s own key under AI do not count.
Changing your plan
Contact FairPro to move to another plan or to add companies, full users, contracts, storage or AI. FairPro makes the change, and it appears in your Audit log with who made it and why.
